The show here opened today, and I was so surprised! I'd entered four quilts, thinking that one particular one of them might have a chance at a ribbon, but probably none. The one I thought had a chance didn't win.*But*! Two others won second place ribbons! I'd never have thought they'd win, since the quilting I'd done wasn't very good. One of them was Circular Logic; scroll down a bit to see its pretty ribbon: . The other was a paper-pieced one; again, scroll down a little: . The two that didn't win are the first two here: ; I'd thought Tucked Up Circles might have a chance, but that will teach me to think. ;)

Holy crap - what beautiful work. I think you deserve 1st place with all of them. Really different and very very nice.
