hey Kate, i give up trying to send you emails the regular way. your isp keeps returning them as possible spam. i have double and triple checked the addy and it is ok. takes from 1 to 3 full days to return. spam my patootie, i dont have any eggs and chips, how could it possibly be spam, i ask you!!! :))
so what i'd like to know, when you have time, is how to sort the info in the directory that i open in MS Word. i'm lost there. thanks in advance, jeanne
the message on 3/1 did make it through -- I replied... evidentally you did not get the reply. I also got some on 2/20? So not sure what is going on??
I received the spreadsheet version of the directory. Is the Word version in a table? In tabbed columns?
I need to know the set up before I can give you directions.
I'll also email Karen and ask for a Word copy -- then I can understand the setup and I'll post directions here in the group as to how to sort.

I would think so -- but you need to contact Karen (Queen of Squishies) to see what happened.
Karen shared a copy of the Word version. It is basically comprised of multiple tables. You can sort any one table -- but that ONLY sorts the data on that table -- and then is no longer follows with the rest of the data. A good way to really confuse everything up!
I'll play and see what I can come up with.
Jeanne, you can sort the Directory in the excel format you requested, you don't need to open it in Word to do that.
