Keepsake Shipping?

I'm sorry to hear that. Just a couple of weeks ago I posted a message saying that I had received excellent service. My order was shipped within hours and I received it in two days. Some of that might be due to the fact that all I ordered were "bundles" that would not have required any cutting, or thought at all. Just pull and pack. I'm also in New England, which might have contributed to the speed.

If I were you, I would call or email and ask for a status on your order. It could just be lost somewhere in the USPS.

Hi Rita--I ordered from them a few months ago, and I *thought* the order came really fast. Didn't trust my memory, though! So this *is* unusual for Keepsake. I should call. Thanks for the link! Did you see the "watermelon medley" in the Keepsake catalog? I'd made a quilt out of that, but needed more fabric for the borders. This tiny town boasts the title of "Watermelon Capitol of the World" so it appealed to me :-)

I just placed an order with them on February 28th and got it on Thursday the 6th - so one week exactly. I'm in California. It's probably worth giving them a call just to check in!
