Ping Pat in Virginia

I hope you're keeping watch on the weather and doing at least some minimal 'no electricity' preparations. It's hard to believe that storm started out as no threat and has killed so many. Polly

Good Lord!! I hadn't heard about this!! My parents are in Manassas ... gotta call them in the AM!! I sure am happy I saw your post!!

Pat, if'n you're in the path, you be careful and lay low ... if you've lived there long (at least since the 70s) you know what to do ... I'll (and I know everyone else here) will be prayin' for you!! (((((Pat)))))

Hugs!! Connie :)

Thanks for the concern, Polly, Jeanne, Connie, and all!!

The only 'problem' so far is that a long anticipated boat sail (including lunch) that had been on schedule for today was canceled. I was disappointed. It is sunny and breezy now. I need to go check the weather channel. I hope Jim Cantore is not in the neighborhood. ;)

So glad that the storm didn't grow and come your way, Pat. It surely did look like it could. We would be alarmed if Jim Cantore came to our neighborhood; one visit from him was plenty - kind of doubt that he wants to come our way again too. Polly
