Polly, was it you who mentioned awhile back about sending someone with Husqvarna questions to Jan Henning's helpful site?
I found out today that she died last month.
It's a real shame. You don't often (outside the quilting world) find people who spend their time helping other folks with problems. Jan was certainly one of them.
When I got my first Viking, she was the one who helped me figure the thing out. I was overwhelmed and she talked me down from the ceiling several times. I had just spent more money on a sewing machine than we spent on our first new cars and I was terrified I was going to kill it.
Husqvarna should have had her on the payroll. She made more people happy with their machines than any dealer ever did.
