Hi peoples. My mother bought an old (1854) quilt at auction. It was from the estate of a Kathleen (Caddoo) Makie. [sic] The quilter was an Eliza Augusta Morton (nee Odell). they were from the Westchester and Hudson Valley area. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to trace its history further?
