Re: Pics of my glass bead show experience

How can this be considered OT? Beads go on crazy quilts, dont they? Very pretty baubles, LN. Any ideas what they might end up being? Diana

Every once in a while I look at the lampworked beads on ebay. There are some incredible works of art, and they do go for a pretty penny. Someday I hope to have that kind of money, there are some artists works that just make me go Ooooh, aaaahhhhh.. Cas and I will be over shortly to play beads and quilts with you. Make room in the fridge for the vegamite! Diana

Well, these are a little large for a quilt. My amazing beading buddy, Lisa will be here in exactly ONE MONTH (YA HOOOOOOO) and she promises to share her design expertise with me.

Would love to if the price of a bead was about the same as a FQ! Glad I'm not obsessed about beads (yet). They are pricey!!!!

If you are willing to come and get them, I'll definately share them. I feel it is a worthy bribe.

I am the only one who uses Mum's bead box *g* Mum occasionally, maybe once a year, needs a shirt button but the rest of the time I seem to raid it!

*chuckles away happily*
