Really, really miniature quilts?

Maybe this gentleman could be convinced to teach a seminar in mini-quilts?

Wouldn't that be something??? Now, I could *almost* envision Pat on her hill working in this size.... (VBEG)

Astounding - but I would have to ask how? and why?

Can these even be moved? I suppose they must be if they are in an exhibition, but I cannot imagine packing them!

I hope I will never cease to be amazed by the original ideas and capabilities of people!

I hope his vision holds up. There is a joke in our family, we all collect hallmark ornaments and several years ago when they came out with their line of Miniature Christmas ornaments my oldest sister said, "you know, we ought to buy us that tree and some of those ornaments, so when we get old and don't want to fool with a big tree we have a smaller one." So we all three did, now the saying is, what are we going to do with those miniature ornaments, none of us can see them to hang them on the miniature tree.

Unbelieveable.... I would like to know more about his "media" -- what he used to create them? What tools does he use? I'm sure a standard chisel probably wouldn't be too helpful!

These are fascinating!

I have some dust I can send him. It's interesting dust too! Got white dog hair mixed in. Did anyone see and address?

At the moment, my entire sewing room is permeated with fine red dust. It's in the air, on the floor, all over my sewing machine. The head of the needle is filled with it and I had to rub the white thred to get teh red fibers off it. Maybe this guy would like to have some microscopic red stuff? LOL Seriously, this is amazing and hard for me to believe.

His work was on display in Bath for a while, I must admit that I didn't do to see it.

It's hard to describe how amazing that is! And how creative he is to make the tools he uses. I'm happy he's getting the recognition he deserves, too. God bless him!
