reintroducing myself - qustions about quiltingshops in London

Hi, my name is Dani, I´m from Germany and I´ve been reading this group for about a year. I delurked some time ago, but didn´t get around to posting much since I just finished my exams at university. Now I´m going to be in London (Notting Hill) for four weeks starting August

20th and I´m curious about some quilting shops I schouldn´t miss ;). I´d love to hear from you about all the great stuff to do in London - not only the touristy stuff as I´ve already been there three times. Thanks in advance, Dani

When contacting me via e-mail please use this one, just take out NOSPAM snipped-for-privacy@NOSPAMgmx.de

PS: I love chocolate (the plain kind, or with nuts), don´t have the four legged kind of QI´s - maybe a boyfriend counts ;)? Anything else you need to know?

Nice to meet you, Dani. Sorry I can't help with Notting Hill, altho I wouldn't mind going there myself. It's just the silly airfare $ that keeps getting in the way. Sigh.

Enjoy your trip and report back when you get home.

Hullo Dani Sadly, I fear you will be disappointed in London. There is hardly anything at all in the city. Moira, if she is around, will tell you what there is, but I didn't want you to get your hopes up. The only place I can suggest you go is the Liberty store. I don't have the address, but it will be in the London Telephone Directory - or online somewhere? . In article , Daniela Stöber writes
