Hi, I'm a new member. Does anyone know of any good web sites which show or have patterns for scrappy quilts. They are the only ones I seem to find the time to finish!!

why do you find a scrappy quilt quicker to finish?
I'm currently working on a scrappy quilt and I think it's going to be the top that has taken longest to piece so far, surely it's the design, not scrappy or not that makes it take time.

She didn't say they were quicker, just that she could find the time :-) I can understand this -sometimes all you can do is a few minutes at the machine, or a little hand work in the waiting room. Planning a coordinated project takes a lot of time, but if you skip the planning stage and just make a whole lot of scrappy blocks, you can find the time for a big quilt! Roberta in D

Ooooh, I like that! I think it is the purple-y plums that I like about it. Thank you!
My friend Melody makes Mile a Minute blocks with her scraps. Pami
Sandy (Ragmop) posted a link to a scrappy pattern called Chicklets (I think), which I loved. Unfortunately, you'll have to search for it, cuz the bookmark is not on this computer. Sorry.
My favorite scrap quilt site is Bonnie Hunter's Quiltville.

Nann, I had to download a newer version of Adobe to open the .pdf.
Thanks for the link

I had a hard time downloading that Chiclets pattern too. I got it eventually. (I wonder where the server is located.) Thanks for the link!
