Some really nice work there - wish I could make it but hubby has gone away in MY car and left me HIS - which I hate driving with a passion... so I don't think I'll be driving any further than Waitrose...

Next year however...

Hope tomorrow goes well!

Hi Patti

I DID feel a surge of pride when my two quilts were shown alongside those of the lovely lady Selsey Quilters. :-))

Had a blush or two while sitting at the door when someone found out I WAS the male quilter!! ;-))

Thanks for posting the photos, Eddie! It's always fun to see what other groups are showing, and these are impressive, indeed. :) Hmmm...a couple of those quilts look awfully familiar! ;)

Wrong pier Eddie - I'm in Southend, which according to my AA Travel Planner, is about 120 miles away - and no way in that heap of *&^%$.....

And - cheeky monkey - today I celebrate my 42nd birthday!

Yaay its Moira (leaping out of lurkdom again!)

We bought my dads Rover when he and mum went into residential care last April, he kept it for a few months and hardly used it, so decided to give up driving... at the age of 84 its about time too because he was getting far too wobbly on his pins to have to worry about driving anywhere...

So Paul has a green Rover 414 (far too low slung for me, I have to make an appointment with my knees to get into it!) and I have the burgandy Focus estate which we bought in January 2004 - its a 51 reg which at the time was horribly new for us to buy, but we couldn't resist the price... and our escort had recently blown up on the M1 (no dear, not THAT escort

- this was our second escort which we bought to replace the one that blew up on the way to Malvern and you rescued us from!)

All good fun eh... what you and Jim up to? how are the boys?

Sue has just arrived back exhausted from her day! Last day tomorrow!

What a wonderful thing it is to see all the lovely fellow quilters turning up to see our village quilts. Yes I DID put a couple of MY quilts in the website! Yippeee!
