Hi All, I had an unexpected root canal this week and have five more dental visitsscheduled. I might be leaving for PA today- my mom is back in the hospital &is scheduled for a small surgery this morning and to start kidney dialysis (sp?) today. So, this is what I've been up to, besides my shoulderrecovery. I hope you all are having a better summer- I don't like all myscheduled calendar activities to have red circles around them ( meaning adoctor or dentist appointments). I need some more fun activities - to balancethis out. So if anyone is in or traveling in the northern Virginia area , just give ayell. Kris ( in northern Virginia)

Kris,My philosophy on those red circle appointments is that you need to schedulesomething fun right after. It gives me something to look forward to whilethe bad stuff is happening.Plan a fabric shopping trip immediately after your next dentist appointment!Linda F.Apex, NC

This reminds me of when we lived in Over, a village about 8 miles from Cambridge, England. I always could *hear* an ice cream truck but only caught up with it once. We were on the bus home and finally saw it, leapt off the bus several stops too soon and eventually got our soft ice cream....
