suggestions for fabric??

Good morning everyone.

I placed an order at three different online stores a while back, for the entire line of the shade cascade fabrics. I had ordered a brown line from them ( that I used to make couch pillows) and loved it. So I went and ordered three yards of each available color. Shipment from the first shop arrived yesterday. And they are gorgeous. I bought these fabrics because I like them, not with any particular project in mind.

What would you make with these fabrics??

I'm not sure what I will do with it but I do think that I NEED some :-) Blank Textiles has 21 pages of free patterns for their line of fabrics. There is one on page 18 that is made with the Shade Cascade line. The site is >

I recently saw a Sewing with Nancy segment that used ombre fabric. She has a CD & book:

I too like the Shade Cascade line very much. They are great to have on hand when you need several values of the same color, and for blender fabrics. One of the LQSs did a contest where you could use as many of the Shade Cascade fabrics as you wished, but only one other fabric. I made one of the quilts from "our Pat on the Hill's" book, it turned out rather well.

Have fun with them.
