Well, I think I am back here on the group. I am trying to catch up but it is tough with such a chatty bunch. I think I survived the move. DH has a commute now until he retires next year. I got a call the first morning from someone who had been in a wreck with him. (not bad, other guys fault) Not a good way to start things off. I guess you could say we are retired empty nesters since we are back in the house with DD. Actually have enjoyed her company but empty nesting had been fun too. She has 'threatened' to get her own apt. once. Threat? ; ) Cats are happy, Georgia pooch is starting to almost like it here. She seems to want to go home. We are still trying to get escrow closed on the other house. Hopefully this coming week. Keep up the good thoughts, prayers and crossed everything for us if you can. The worry over that has really taken a dent in my sleep. I think I have new wrinkles over the whole mess too. I have a sewing room, but it is full of boxes. This week I hope to dig out there. I have a new email address. snipped-for-privacy@verizon.net I missed you guys. Is there a link to the Houston meet up photos anywhere? Taria

Howdy!

Welcome home!

Best wishes to you and your family, and your husband regarding the car wreck. (Gene commutes 37 miles one way, and when there's a big "do" in Dallas or here in Arlington at The Ballpark or at the old Cowboys stadium in Irving [Cowboys suck] it takes forever to get home.)

Ragmop/Sandy -- waiting to hear of new discoveries as you unpack the boxes (I've always found things I didn't remember owning when unpacking after moving household) ;-P

Happy new home! Once things settle and you get your sewing room set up you will start to relax.

Best of luck getting settled in, Taria! And welcome back! :)
