Thanks, Kate! I do like the coated thread, but colors are limited. Last time I thought I had to have a specific color, I had to order a box of 6 spools. Sometimes you don't want so much of a color you might not use again.

There are 2000 yards on a cone. US retail price is $25.95 but I usually buy it at a show where it is sold wholesale for a bit over half of that. It is a lovely low-lint 40 weight thread. I just love it - but I bet you knew that already :-)
