... about the quilt I'm currently making. I was on board of one of those fast ICE trains to Berlin and was working on those tiny bits and pieces, trying to bring them together. The real quilt has greens, oranges, reds and black in it, but in my dream, suddenly there was a lot of blues that I had to fit in, some made of crinkle chiffon. I tried and tried but it wouldn't work out, and then I noticed that we were almost there, train braking for the station and all, and I frantically tried to gather my stuff together, from which effort I awoke. The first thing I had to call to my mind was that all the tiny bits and pieces are safely pinned to my 'hanging cloth' in just the right order. Whew, anybody of you ever have a 'nightmare' like this? (Apart from Popser's wife who dreamt of square thieves...)
