Beats me. It does say Picasso stencil though. Looks a little like something he'd make.

That's an erasing mask for use in drafting. When you have to erase a tiny spot on your pencil drawn diagram you mask it so that you can erase very precise small areas.

I remembered my husbands drafting table from when we got married in '65 so asked him if he had a stencil like that. He laughed and dug out some old template's he used way back then. They don't look like the Picasso stencil so I was disappointed. He still has old pencils, weird looking pencil sharpeners that spin around and other tools from the past. I guess it should reassure me that he likes old things. LOL. He showed me a huge E size drawing he did the other day with Auto Sketch. I can't imagine the size of the printer you'd need for that piece of paper.

That looks like a really kewl stencil, just using it to make other designs, shapes, etc. would be fun! Staring @ it use your imagination to create a few masterpieces.
