Can Someone Recommend the Best Dye Inks For Scrapbooking?

Hi

I'm looking for dye inks in a nice color assortment for scrapbooking. Does fade resistant mean the same thing as archival? Thanks for any info.

I may be biased, but my favorite for dye ink is the Craft pads from Stampin' Up. They're very juicy, last a long time, and come in 48 colors. As far as I know, fade resistant does not mean archival. The pad should actually state on it "archival" or "acid free". I wouldn't trust it if it doesn't, or contact the company and verify with them.

Hi Melody.....if it is purely dye inkpads you are looking for I think that the Ranger brand is hard to beat.

The Adirondacks are great for stamping, brayering, distressing and watercolouring, etc. I also love Rangers Archival Ink pads which are waterproof once dry, so you can watercolour the resulting images without them bleeding. HTH

Hi

Thanks for the tips and info. I bought some Ranger inks at Hobby Lobby. I love to stamp just wish I had more time to do so.
