I think it is only the promotion code CELEBRATE310. Expires: Oct. 31, 2003 that takes the 40 percent off because the last sentence in each section reads:

Cannot be combined with other promotion codes or offers and cannot be used on past joann.com purchases.

If anybody knows differently...let us know.
