Great customer service will get me back. I don't want to be hovered over as I wander around, but having someone available when I have a question, and the person being able to answer my question, is a big plus for me. A variety of items is a WOW for me, too. Oh, and what really makes it WOW is seeing the new stuff in the stores as companies come out with new items. Organized, too......that's always a plus for me. Of course, the bigger the LSS, the happier I am, too. LOL And if they have a spot I can corral my children in, for the few times I do take my children to the LSS (LOL), that's even better. My favorite LSS here (Scrapbook Corner) doesn't have a corral for the kiddos, but their variety, customer service, abundance of paper, and it being fairly organized keeps me coming back again and again.
