GREAT Business!!

Scrapjazz.com is the company that I had the problem package incident with.

I just have to tell ya'll about their GREAT service! I had a rather large order from them. I had notification of the order the next day and in 2 days they were shipping it.

When I called them Monday and told them I had not received the package and what UPS told me, the lady told me "no problem." Let us call UPS and depending on what they tell us, I will get with the owner and see what she wants to do."

She then called me back and told me THEY tracked the package down for them (Scrapjazz), and would hold it there instead of returning it (which UPS still had it after a week and they are only supposed to keep it 3 days?) for me to pickup.

They then wanted me to please call or email them back to let them know when I got it.

Anyhow they are another one of those great companies we try to support and tell others about!!

On the other hand, I love PaperDreams prices, but their service is really slacking. I just got two dies I ordered six weeks ago from them. I had even emailed them with no response. I have ordered from them several times knowing I always have gotten my stuff, but their timing is slow. I think I will forgo ordering from them anymore UNLESS it is a absolute must for something I can not find elsewheres!
