I'm back Home

Well I made it back home! What a week it has been! I can't believe how lucky and blessed am I to be surrounded by such wonderful people that I can honestly call friends! I won't write a whole lot today other than to thanks Jacqui for her kindness. I greatly enjoyed her companionship over the last week and spending time with Logan. That child should be a model he is beyond cute and photogenic! In the end he left mommy's hip long enough to have lunch sitting next to me yesterday, which I considered a great honor! Thanks to Jacqui being willing to come all the way here to LR for a visit, I got to see realize one of the goals I had set for myself to accomplish during my stay in Little Rock and that was to go and visit San Antonio. I hope she had as much fun as I did! Yesterday we even went to visit two of the Spanish Missions and, of course, we upheld out right to be called FLASSes since we went to a Scrapbook store! They have a really nice one near her parent's place! BTW Dave, you can stop looking for your little Christmas Tree punch, we found one and chipped in to get you one! You'll get it as soon as I see you or I'll mail it to you, not sure which yet.

It was also great to meet her mom Ruth. I am just sorry that I didn't get to chat with her for a longer time. Her mom does absolutely beautiful needle point work, and reads the newgroup from time to time. So hi Ruth and do wave hello to us all from time to time!

San Antonio was every bit as beautiful as what I'd been told. I loved the Riverwalk, I could have spent days there reading and eating. I'll post pictures of everything sometime soon!

If I owe you a reply, or an update on the new name spreadsheet, I'll get to that in the next couple of days. Right now, I'm off to squish my DH who has been incredibly understanding and who I've missed a whole lot!

So glad to hear you made it back safe and sound, MC! I knew you would enjoy San Antonio. I'm looking forward to whenever I have the opportunity to take DH and the kids there. DH has never been there and it's one of those places I would love to take him to.
