Kenda, we could dress as almost derelicts and go and sell baloons at Altel Arena. There was a guy in Montreal like that and he made millions! So maybe we can make the money to go to SA and check up on Judy!

Sorry I've been so scarce lately guys! I've been swamped at the work (taking a lot home aswell) and we've had some house guests from another province on visit last weekend and the week past! I've only gotten the last 80 posts (my server cuts it off at random) and are still responding to those...so if I missed something, please forgive me - I'm not ignoring anyone, just did not catch it :)

**waves back** I am feeling better! I'm a little over 2 weeks past surgery. I feel great! I did rip open some internal incisions, just bent over and felt something rip. Dr.'s nurse seems to think that my incision (she only could see the outside) is healing fine. I go back next Friday for my follow up. I will be asking for a couple of extra weeks off so I can get back in shape for work. I'm only allowed to lift 5 pounds or less until I see him. I've been off work for over 2 months and haven't been able to exercise.

I'm glad to see you! I was worried about you, hadn't seen you in a while.....

Oh that is good news Kenda! So glad you are rid of the pain :)))) I'm crossing my fingers that the wound heals perfectly inside and out. Two months is a nice break...just a shame that you spend most of that not feeling well :((

I saw you guys had somef car trouble aswell! We had a bit of a misstart this side this morning (pardon the pun). Got up at 5:30 as usual to be ready to leave at 06:00 for work, but when we started the car, there was absolutely nothing but a "click" sound. As it turns out, it was the battery that had packed up. So, it seems some Devine intervention decided that we needed a day off today...hehehehe! Anyway, it's all sorted out now - just wish I knew this would happen befor we got up...could have enjoyed a bit of a lay in, as it is FREEZING here today!

I could use some of your "freezing" about now. We've been in a heat wave altely - in the mid to high 90's with the heat index over 100. Wouldn't be so bad if it were not for the humidity. My little guys here at the daycare get hot and cranky real fast. Sandy

Hopefully I'll have a couple of weeks to play before I have to get back to the grind.....Talking with my chiropractor today he pointed out that it's episodes like I had of really poor health that make you greatful for the days when you feel good. So true!

What a pity that your car wouldn't start! LOL Sounds to me like a little scrappin time is called for! Hope you've warmed up. We are roasting today. DH also had a tow truck come and take his truck to the repair shop. A used motor will cost us only $750. The labor to have the old one out and the "new" one put in is a cool grand! ( I nearly fell over, though from experience I know they earn every dime of it. I've helped my Dad takeout/put in several motors.) So much for a trip this summer. But I shouldn't complain. At least we've the money in the bank. Now the account is so empty it echos! lol

Judy, I just somedhow did not think y'all had freezing weather down there ! Do you get snow? It is very hot here right now. I am staying inside in the A/C as much as possible. Doing a lot of reading and being "vewey vewey quiet". :-)
