Little Booklets for Tea Bags?

I am looking for a pattern for making a little booklet that will hold

4 or 5 teabags. I think I once saw a booklet where each page is a pouch that you can slip a tea bag into.

Does anyone know of a pattern for this?

The first folder can hold whatever you put into it, and the second just single tea bags. Sandy
