My sister and I did this one evening back and forth by email, cracking ourselves up--we were even using the pets' heads for it, but that got a little creepy. ;-)

I've been having way too much fun with this. I found out you don't need to snag a part of a picture. I've been uploading pictures as is and you can center the face and enlarge or shrink the photo as needed. It's pretty easy to use. As Carolyne said a picture facing head-on is good, but I've done a couple with someone slightly looking sideways and it's still pretty funny.

DD, DS and the grandkids and I played with this all evening. We had a blast. Just kept going back into the files and getting pictures of different family members. We even e-mailed ones we made to other family members. What fun!!! Thanks Irene for the link. Sandy
Now that I know how to adjust the picture I've got a couple of good ones of MC and Dave and Dorothy!
