Well darn some reason when I click on messages they get a cross through them and say no longer available :o( what on earht is happening please help anyone Shaz

it depends on your server as to how long they cache messages... could be they are redoing servers and the one you are directed too doesn't have a large cache...
hmmm couldnt be large at all since the thing only scratched out teresa ie. tazmadazz ( however spelt lol ) messages crazy as Shaz
sounds like youve some how blocked her... try right clicking on her message and see if you can unblock or allow that user again

are you using outlook express??
If so... go to Tools, Message Rules, Blocked Senders List, and see if she is in there.. if so.... delete her entry.. all will be right again...
