Aloha! Just searched several things here i.e. fabric, glue stick, eyelets and vellum and what a wealth of knowledge you all have here! Especially TeaLady/Crystal! Thanks for passing on your knowledge through your posts.

To briefly introduce myself, my name is Joy and I am a mother of 3 - 3 y.o., 21 month old, and 5 month old. I am an avid quilter, and I have just gotten back into scrapbooking. My sister turned me on to CM and now a friend has me hooked on Wednesday night Scrapbook Buzz sessions. I have many albums to fill and will need your help with ideas and questions so I'm glad you are all here.

Welcome to RCS Joy! Now we have two members from the islands. You'll learn a lot if you stick around. Don't hesitate to ask any questions. Chances are at least one of us will be able to help out.

Aloha No Sheri - ever tried doing a layout with a quilt like pattern? I have been thinking about it lately. Like how, when we were kids, we used to make snowflake cutouts in paper...couldn't we do that but make the quilt patterns instead?

hmmmmm.....might have to work this one out bumbai.... :)

Aloha, Dianne in Virginia Beach

I've seen da kine done but haven't had a use for it yet - but a Hawai'ian pattern, now that could be cool!
