Hi, I've been lurking and thought I would finally *speak*....lol..I've been doing puter crafts for years and years and just knew if I ever started scrapbooking I would get hooked ie: spend lots of money.....sooo about 3 months ago I decided to try it and got in with a group of great friends and we meet once a week and scrap......so here I am.....



I am sooooo hooked.....lol....I'm a 55 yr old grandmother of 8 that have custody of a 13 yr old and 8 yr old for the past 15 months....have raised 3 wonderful kids and one not so great but whatever...she just needs alot of prayers ....



I live on a beautiful lake in oklahoma and also have a houseboat nearby (my retreat when things get rough!!)...hubby is retired after being an engineer for gm for 37 years..



guess that is enough....I LOVE scrapbooking and it's turned out to be a great outlet for me.....



I'm like an open book so if you have any ?'s just ask...lol.....



trust me I have ALOT of ?'s..,,and some of them really dumb one's...

Welcome to the group. Sounds like you are hooked now. I'm from Southern Indiana. Five children, two still at home and nine grandchildren. Wish I had time to meet once a week with my scrapping buddies, but we're lucky to get in once a month.

I know what you mean about paper....after going to my then new scrapping group I HAD to go get more paper because I told them I felt soooooo inadequate...lol

sounds like everyone here has busy lives.....for this old retired lady it's unusual to be busy with soccer, boy scouts, etc.....

sooo I may gripe but my friends tell me I secretly love it..,..,.hummmmm

Hello Debi, I'm Tammy. I live in Danville IL. I am 49, married 32 yrs, two beautiful daughters that live in Madison, WI. One grandchild, boy. He just turned 6 and just started kindergarden. I love scrapbooking. I collect scrapbooking supplies, lol. I could easily start a store in my craft room. I also share my craft room with 2 ferrets. They enjoy the company and are spoiled rotten.
