Back a few months ago I posted the problem I had with that Marvy/Euchida hand punch number/letter kit with the numbers and letters being different sizes. Anyhow one of ya'll who has a store told me that you may be able to help me in exchanging it. i can not member who it was and trying to go back thru all the posts, well they stop at 20 August and skip from there back to December 2002. Leave it up to Google to goof it up!! Anyhow I really want to try and exchange that cotton pickin' set and there is only one LSS here that even carried it and she can't help me as she buys all her supplies from a wholesaler instead of a distributor and as a result she can not return things. Again the company was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP at all!!!
