OT: Bragging? on my DS

My sweet, loving, caring, 5 yr old DS told me the sweetest thing yesterday. He wanted to know how many presents he had under the Christmas tree. Me: Well, I know you have about 4 down there now. DS: *slightly pouting, saddened* I was wanting 100 presents. Me: Wow, 100 presents. That's a lot. *wondering just what he would do with 100 presents* DS: I wanted 100 presents so I could give them to all the other kids who won't get presents. Ok...now that you have to find a tissue, you can go back to your day.

What a sweet heart! They sure can show social responsibility at an early age.

BTW "Crazy Head" is still a catch phrase around here courtesy of Jordan. It still makes me laugh.

He was more than happy to buy a toy last night for the firefighters toy drive. And drats, I forgot the camera!

LOL He hasn't said "Crazy Head" in a long time. Hmmm...I may have to remind him of that. LOL

He's a big sweetheart. He picked out a cool Spiderman toy last night for the firefighter's toy drive. At first, he wanted to pick out a toy "that some little girl might want". Then he decided to find something for a boy. We let them pay for their toys and everything. I'm sure the people behind us in line thought we were strange. LOL
