Em and I have really got things moving now with our music, and we have a website under construction, so be sure to check it out when you get the chance... we will be adding more to it really soon. I've hit a plateau with my weight loss... christmas time was hard and I put on a little weight over the couple of weeks.... and am finding it difficult to get back into the swing of things again... I NEED to get my head back to where I was... I had lost 18.5kgs! which is a HUGE effort. Though I put
1.4kgs back on!!
Rome wasn't built in a day, I have to keep telling myself that!
