OT: Life just got really crazy, but I'm still here...sort of

Hey all,

I've been pretty much in lurker mode for a week or two, but wanted to post that I'm still here, just not totally here. :-) On top of having to move (landlord selling house, etc) & me feeling just plain blah, we didn't get approved for a home loan. Which is good considering that hubby had to resign due to circumstances out of his control. So, as of right now, neither hubby nor I have a job. (I've been a SAHM for over 3 years now.) As of right now, we're not even sure if hubby will be able to find a job here in town. (I really hate the rumor mill!!!) As of right now, we have no idea when we'll move, or where we'll be moving to. As of right now, DD starts at a new school tomorrow, but we don't even know how long she'll be there. Needless to say, life is very crazy and stressful, but I know that God is in control, and when it's all said and done, we'll be able to see how God was working. I may not be posting much, but rest assured, I'm still here & still reading and seeing people's layouts.

I'm very happy to be seeing that our Florida gals are still in one piece. Tabitha, you take care of yourself & the little one you're carrying around with you. :-) Florida's taken its toll this year from hurricanes, and you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Welcome to the newbies here at RCS. There's lots of knowledgable people here who can give you all kinds of tips and tricks about scrapping. Warning though...it can be very addicting here! LOL

I'm sorry to hear that your hubby had to leave his job. I understand how you feel, the same thing happened to my hubby several years ago. He did find a new job in another town that was much better than the one he had. Hopefully the same will happen for you soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hang in there.

Deb, you have had a very stressful time lately. I hope things turn around soon. Rumors are a terrible thing and no one is ever willing to own up to starting them. I'll keep all of you in my thoughts. Post when you can.

Deb, Thoughts and prayers heading your way... It sure sounds like you've been pulled through the ringer of late.

I too must apologise to the group, I'm guilty of lurking ;) I am still around, reading posts and checking out your layouts whenever I can.

Rest assured I have not disappeared ;)
