How neat is that! I hope that you get it and love it! Can you take it out on the water or does it have to stay put where it is? Do you have to pay extra for the place where it is tied up?
Oh, and can I come and visit? Is it air conditionned? So many questions, this really is an exciting thing you are thinking of doing!
