The ABA therapist asked him, "what do you want?" He said "Mama" and ran over to me for a hug. We did this a half dozen times. This was not just him imitating the therapist, it was a real response to a real question.
Pillbug is 4 years old now and has about 5 words.

That is awesome! I am still "bowbowbow". I am supposed to be bawa, with two mama's we picked the hindi version for me to differentiate. I think a certain blue puppy on video has had an impact on my appellation as well. (G)
BTW, beware "The Little Mermaid"! The last couple of months Ash has taken to singing seagull love songs.
