Hey Cathy. I had seen this advertised and thought about getting it. I was trying to find reviews on it before I bought it but never could. Now I am glad I didn't. Sorry it didn't work out and your ended up losing that money. I hate it when that happens. Thanks for sharing with us.

The one you plug into the wall works great. It really is just a protected dremel. My groomer suggested using a dremel when I got my dog. I didn't have one. Then my folks bought the peticure... the $49 one that plugs into the wall. We like it.

I'm sorry it didn't work out. With DH's bassett, I wouldn't even dream of doing anything but simply clipping them. Well....having DH clip them. LOL She's not fond of having her nails trimmed, and it usually takes both of us in the floor with her to get it done.
