Yeah!!! Verizon finally came through and was able to repair whatever it was at their end that caused me to lose the newsgroup in Outlook. Persistence paid off. I just kept telling them that it was not fixed and I was not happy and they finally did it. Though, it really helped that I had the kids computer here in the office and they couldn't get the newsgroup to work on it either. They were unable to just say it was my computer and my problem.
