I'm scrapping and cleaning at the same time in my scrapbook area. Can someone tell me why I have a package of parchment paper in my stash? Either I'm brain dead or memory losses are an issue cause I can't for the life of me figure out why I bought it and brought it to the office/craft area.

You were going to use it for a heritage layout?
wasn't it for use for the melted tissue paper card that Lynne did? Layer that plastic wrap and scrunched up tissue paper....?

You have it for the Hot Card technique. Where you take tissue paper and parchment paper heat them together with an iron to make a card.
