Pet albums?

Ok I figured out how to post the link to my albums.

I hope you enjoy! The two pages in the Friends Album are the ones I did for my friend for her bridal shower. She's the one that forced me in to scrapbooking (and I love her for it!). She hadn't ever scrapbooked, but now that I've raved about it, she not only scrapped her own wedding reception invitations, she also wants to scrapbook all her wedding stuff now to! I'm so happy I've gotten her hooked also! :)

I did a couple cat pages for a "Trading Pages" Swap a year or so ago. I also have 2 dog pages. I have created a new album called "pets." Feel free to take a peek.

Sun Bather is so cute - my cat lays on the hardwood floor where the sun shines through the windown onto her. I have not really done a LO about Cookie yet. Need to add her to my list of things to do - we definitely have enough pictures to do an album. Thanks for sharing. Sandy

oh yeah I have lots of pages of my "kids"... not all are scanned tho and I don't have a scanner right now.. mine died... *sigh* but its fairly normal for us to scrap our furbabies :D

I am also a "single, no kids" scrapbooker - well, really my "kids" are my cats too. :)

I also find I enjoy scrapbooking friends kids a lot, which they appreciate, since, having those kids, they have far less time! :)

Kathy, I have lots of pictures of my animals. We have only one cat ..but all of our kids have cats and dogs that are like family members so I get their pictures,too. I have made small pet albums for friends with beloved dogs and cats who are no longer with them. some of my favorite holiday pictures are of my cats and dogs in the holiday mode. One of the LO that I shared on the link on our web site is of our dear cat Pee Wee all curled up in the Christmas decorations that we had gotten out. He curled up in a hunting horn that we usually put greens on and hang somewhere. He was sleeping so peacfully. Another favorite spread is of him under the tree among the gifts. He loves to be there and looks just like a big present. I cannot tell you anything about sharing your layouts since I cannot do it with my webtv but M-C surprised me with an RAK of a toss away digi cam and then put them in her account with a link on our website.

Those are great layouts Kathy! It's great that you got your friend scrapping, too. It's so much fun to have scrappers near you that you can scrap with. Lexie is definately great scrapping material. :-) I am still working on my beloved Bagheera's memory album. Since it's a memory album of the time I had him, there's a lot of journaling and stories about the things he did. It's on my yahoo photo page. I've decided I'm going to finish it once I have my parent's album done.

Thanks Tazz! I think the Christmas one is my favorite of Old Cat. He is so dear to us and has just turned 21 years old. He had a good time camping....just went into the tent and curled up on his sleeping bag and only came out for eating and drinking water. :-)

I think I love looking at everyone's DP's bettter than regular pix because that is all I have - DP's!!! oh yea, that is ANOTHER album on my to do or at least GET STARTED list My Pets!! When does all these Special Albums stop - SEE I keepig telling ya'll this sport, err addiction is reason ENOUGH to buy paper and for whomever else, whatever else youmay NEED to satisfy the NEED - LOL!!!

Oh, and Kathy, it really sounds like you are admiiting that you are a ENABLER!! Shame shame on you!! Now go buy some more something for YOUR stash - LOL!!
