I'm Finally done with Baby albums!

Well there wasn't a minute to spare! The big album and the two little ones made it to Atlanta just in time today for the family gathering! DH and I couldn't go but I really wanted the albums to make it in time! It took me till 3 am yesterday and then another 5 hours later in the morning and early afternoon to make sure that everything worked and that everything was scanned and it meant overnighting them (ouch it's expensive to procrastinate! lol) but they got done and they arrived safely! So I hope you'll forgive me if I haven't been quite as present in the NG and been acting kinda weird. It's called scrapping fatigue syndrome! LOL! If you'd like to take a peek, the albums are in my Webshots account as

Thanks, I love seeing your work too! I'm always amazed at what a great job you do at finding just the right paper and color combination to go with the cards you are scrapping for your parents album.

Love the albums M-C!!! What a wonderful job! I love seeing your work. Love the photo corner punches you used! I bet she will love her album and I'm sure the grandparents will love theirs as well.. Thanks for sharing!

I have a lot of catching up to do for Abby and Ally's album LOL :) I just keep making gifts for everyone and put my stuff to the side. I'm going to a crop tonight and I'm going to work on my quote/poem album for my mom for her birthday! But even though I have a lot of catching up to do at least I hope they will like their albums when I get them done. :)

Thanks again for sharing your beautiful work with us.

Thanks Tabitha! I hope you get to use all the girly stuff I sent you! Otherwise I may have to come down there for a week and make those pages for/with you, LOL!

Seriously though, I can see where scrapping takes a back seat to being mommy to those beautiful daughters of yours! And then of course you;'ve got to make the gifts. I've got a wedding album to do next and then a travel on for my MIL. I'm so far behind with my personal pages its aweful! All that said, though, you bought such beautiful albums for the girl's LO's you just have to start putting pages in them!

You're very welcome M-C! :) If it gets you down here then I'll wait LOL :) I'm sure I'll be able to use it all :) I can't wait to start using it :) Everything is so beautiful :)

Thank you M-C :) It is a task to watch the girls and scrap. If anything I try to do my scrapping at night while Eric can watch them. I can scrap around watching Abby but Ally is very demanding LOL :) I think all I've made is gifts LOL In the 2 years that I've been scrapping I think I've only made

3 pages for myself. I just love making the gifts and making people happy. Oh goodness.. I can't wait to see your finished albums :) I know they will love them!!!

Oh I know :) I love their albums :) Abby doesn't have any in hers but Ally has 1 in hers :) I need to hurry and get some pages done for their albums before they are married and have grandchildren LOL

M-C, Another beautiful job. I love looking through your albums. They are so inspiring. I'd really like to get back into more of my pages, but like Tabitha, I make so many gifts it's rare to get to work on my own stuff. I went to a farewell crop last night at my favorite LSS. One of the employees and teachers is moving to TX. I did one page for myself and then worked on the paperbag album I will be teaching at my monthly crop group next Saturday. The page I did for myself was using an extra kit I made for myself when I did the rainbow page swap. I wanted to see how it worked to use the materials on a 12x12 page. I'll wait to post it after the swap is completed. I also did work on another page of my star album. The kids and I decided to use the star album I made for this summer's activities we do together so it won't be finished until next fall. I will try to post pics of what we've got done so far this evening. Right now I'm off to the county museum to put in my time. Believe it or not I will be scrapppin there today. I'm making

8.5x11 pages with copies of old photos of businesses throughout the county with info on the business. They said I could embellish as wanted, but there is no funds for the extras - I can handle that.....with my stash......

Great job, M-C! I love the idea of spaces for letters to Rachel from her mommy & daddy.

Sounds like you're going to have a great time! I'm sure that like you I could handle doing heritage type pages from my stash! LOL I've been collecting for what 5 years or more with the "intent" of making the family album! Maybe someday!

Thanks Judy! I am hopeful that they will treasure it and that someday Rachel gets it for her own to keep and continues to treasure it.

Wow M-C the albums are stupendous! Something that caught my eye several times that made me think I want that is I think a corner punch you used that made a pattern of tiny squares in the corner. Thanks for sharing.
