Poor QC

Last month I bought the Happily Ever After cartridge at Michaels during the big Cricut sale. I opened it and looked at the book but didn't cut anything out until yesterday. To my surprise the cartridge in the box was Dreams Come True and so was the keypad. The book was the only thing in the box that was correct.

I emailed ProvoCraft as Michaels will not accept returns on opened cartridges. I sure hope that they will exchange the cartridge because I really wanted the Happily Ever After just so I could make a Dopey doll.

SS. That is terrible. Michaels should accept the return as it was their issue not yours!

Michaels have become so poor in their customer service. I have an excellent service with ProvoCraft, I'm sure they will fix it for you. Let us know how you make out.

I just read about your experience with PC and I was very surprised as the message board is full of customer service problems with PC. Maybe you ought to post it over there as PC sure gets a bum rap on the boards when they screw up and the stories of when they give excellent service are very few.

It is not Michael's fault, the cartridge was sealed in one of those hard plastic packages and hadn't been tampered with so it came from the factory messed up. I emailed PC and I am still waiting to hear back but some of the girls on the board said it had happened to them and PC will make it right so I am just waiting to hear back from them.
