Re: For all the people in the path of the Hurricane

Wow, I was thinking about emailing her. She is 65 miles East of me, We have a lot of steady but not heavy rain, winds of 30 mph which we are supposed to get 50 mph between 3 and 6 pm. Some people are without power but so far so good for me in Raleigh! Thanks for your prayers Tabitha! I think Virginia Beach is actually getting more of it even though the Hurricane is going through NC! Glad Susan got out safe and sound :) 300,000 people are without power there.

Most of the storm is moving inland south of us so we are just getting heavy gusts, lots of rain and flood tides. We've had some northeasters a lot worse than this. There are scattered power outages, mostly caused by tree limbs falling on power lines but we are missing the worst part. Peggy

We got just a big rain storm with winds, nothing too serious.
