Yeah, that one tripped me up because I had two SLIGHTLY different kinds of brown construction paper. ONE was thin enough to pass and the other wasn't! Now I have a piece of cardboard with a slit cut into it, the EXACT size specified by the post office, and check every single card before I send it.
