Re: Tweet Thing Card - Still on a roll making cards

Sorry hit the sumbit button to fast. Sorry here is the link to the card in webshots.

I am still on a roll going strong here is another card I made. I have to find one of those tin things that I can decorate and put all these cards into so that when something pops up birthday, anniversary etc I can just pull out a card and be set. Where can I find one of those tins?

Here is my card:

The embossing was done with the cuttlebug machine using the divine swirl embossing folder. Then I chalked some of the swirls to match the colors of the birdies.

I just love this Chrissy! Especially the way you chalked some of the swirls. The little birds are so cute too. I get those tins at my LSS so I'm sure you can pick them up at any craft shop.

Chrissy I really like that embossing, and the way you chalked it. So cute!! It makes me want to go out and buy a cuttlebug! Linda

Linda,

Your going to want to stay away from my post. LOL! I strongly recommend the cuttlebug. Especially if you like embossing they have a lot of various embossing folders. Its so easy. Just layer your mats (they come with the machine and so does the insturctions on how to layer its simple to do) put your paper into the embossing folder sandwich it into the mats and turn the handle and 1 2 3 your image is embossed. A lot easier then using a heat gun and powder (a technique that I am still challenged at).

you don't need a cuttle bug for it. It will work in a accu-cut, big boss, bigkick. I really like the cuttlebug embossing plates. they are hard plastic and really emboss good.
