Scrapbook Page Topics?

Hi, everyone.

I was just wondering what pages do you find yourself more inclined to work on?

What page layout topics are you currently working on?

Which layout topics would you just rather not scrapbook?

I was just wondering what pages do you find yourself more inclined to work on? I am tending to work on more non-event photos lately but I am making myself do some of my back log of event pictures before I print more current pictures!

What page layout topics are you currently working on? I am working on my Christmas Snow pages and a baby shower layout. After those I am hoping to work on some of my baby neice's pages.

Which layout topics would you just rather not scrapbook? At the moment I don't feel like working on any birthday pages. I have of birthday pictures but no desire to work on them.

I tend to want to work on my boys' sports pages, and stuff with school events, before anything else. I have a few page kits made up I need to get busy on....my 10 yr olds' School Olympics from last spring! There is not too many I dont want to scrapbook...I just need to find the time to organize the pics and supplies, and DO them! :-)

I can understand wanting to take a break and not scrapbook your Dad. I am having a similar delima. I really want to scrapbook a few photos of my husbands family but a family member passed away unexpectely this year and he is in all the pictures. I am extremely happy to have the pictures but right now I am just not sure I can scrapbook them.

Travel as they are the easiest to select paper for.

I am working o my California trip this summer. Got about 20 done of about 50 that I power layed out.

I HATE doing people ones as selecting the paper is a bear, I KNOW, I KNOW, especially when you have so much to chose from - LOL!!

It is so hard to come up with the right pattern for the subject or topic then coordinate colors and select or make embellishments - aarrgghhh!!

Thanks for asking Tammy and hope you are keeping busy with all your travel pix from this summer too!

Baby, baby and baby.

I find baby easiest to work on and I'm currently working on a baby paperbag album. I really need to get it finished!

LO's without pictures I find difficult to do, but do find it necessary from time to time. Like when my kids got chicken pox and wouldn't let me take a picture. Can't blame them. Friend and I also took my daughter to see the Monarch's the local women's basketball pro team. Our seats were on the floor and we had such a good time. I'll never have that good of tickets again. That story needs to be told with ticket stubs. Still haven't done it. Have even done a way cool paper piecing for it.

I have put together "kits" for the last 2 Christmas', (YIKES) last Thanksgiving, Easter and my promotion. Not to mention I have several birthday's put together as well as my brother's visit this summer. I have the power layouts ready to go, just need to work up the energy to scrap! I'm also still working on DS #1's trip to Guetamala.

Congrats on getting so many of you CA trip pictures scrapbooked. I would really LOVE to work on some travel pages. I have refused to print any more pictures because I can't stick another one in my scrap area. If I did I wouldn't have room to scrap! I have gotten a few more pictures on LOs but I think I will do a few more before I print the 100 million I haven't printed from this summer. LOL!

For work in in progress I am working on our son's baby album. I find these album to be hard because I have tough on myself about it, I want it to be perfect and no fawls. We lost our son to SIDS and just want this to be the perfect tribute album to him and our short time with him. I have tons of pictures (thankfully). I find scrapbooking helps me. I tried to do a page this week but it was hard (today would have been his 2nd birthday) so I didn't scrap this week.

Albums I need to work on are our disney album. Would like to have that album done before we return in 2008. And I want to make my sister an album from our trip to Massachuets this summer for christmas, I need to get busy on that.

Most of my pages are about my kids so I tend to work on those first.

Currently though....I'm working on a couple sisters albums. (I know...still.) Plus I desperately need to get started on that ABC baby album. Baby's due the end of November! EEK! Once I'm done collecting paper, I'll start on our Mexico album. Hopefully before we go in 2007! LOL

I can't think of a topic I'd rather not scrap. I'm sure I'll think of one later. I haven't had my coffee yet.
