Seattle RCS meet a success!

Melissa is on her way home, and Amy is on her way back to the hotel, so I thought I'd get online and report...

We met at my place - poor amy had to endure seattle area traffic - THANKS!, but got here not too late. She also was super sweet, and brought Melissa and I little gift packs, with great Winnie the Pooh paper peicings!

We went out, had a lovely dinner (And the resteraunt was running a 3 course promotion, so it was a deal too!). We talked about techniques, how long we've been scrapping, ideas, life, men, kids, cats.

Then, came back to my place, drank some Chai tea (I think I hooked amy on it), and shared some pages.

It was a lovely night, and a great chance to meet another RCSr!

So - AMY - so glad we got to meet you! It was a great night - and lots of fun! I hope you have a good trip home.

Ok - bedtime now. That's my report - you other ladies are welcome to embelish!

:)

Sounds like a great time!! I think it's so much fun to meet fellow RCSers. I am assuming some took pictures right? Sheesh, what kind of scrappers would you ladies be if at least one of you didn't have a camera! lol

Hi! I did make it home safe & sound...well a bit horse. :-( It was really awesome to meet Jessica and Melissa. You are both very talented. I got to see Melissa's heritage album she has talked about....it is incredible!

Jessica is being modest...she gave me TWO packs stuffed with Creative Memories stuff. She showed me Dave's fiber fingers -- VERY cool Dave!

Take care until next time!!! {{squishy hugs}}}

Glad you made it home safe and sound. Hot tea with honey might help the hoarseness - we did talk a fair amount!

:)

Glad you had a good time!

Sounds like you gals had a great time! I love Chai Tea too - we make it with milk, so I have to pace myself on those calories, but I do indulge once or twice a week :)

That sounds so familiar to me - LOL!!

All of the mini meets I have had where have met more than one at a time, well we all talked so much, had so much to share, well there just was as not enough time. They are times I will aways treasure and have a special diary for them too!!

Now don't get me wrong, all the single meets have been GREAT too and we actually have more time to share, after I get unnervous from worrying about dh's or whatever!

So glad to hear others are taking these CHANCES as the world really is a small place in here at RCS!!

You need to make sure that M-C gets a copy to put on the rcs webpage. Once her life slows back down that is.

Kenda, I just realized we didn't put the names with faces. LOL!

I'm on the left in the blue sweater. Melissa is in the middle wearing red. Jessica is on the right in green.
