Meet-up!

Susan Price and I had a great meet-up today. She is in Florida from Chicago to escort her Mom back home. We spent 4 hours talking quilting, showing each other some projects, shopping and eating! She remarked that we look like twins - same hair colour and style, glasses, same waistline and same love of quilting and family. She picked out some beautiful fabrics, and I had a 20% coupon that she was able to use. I told her about the quilt show I attended in Tampa on Saturday. A new small guild held their first one ever at the Botanical Gardens at FSU. The day was great, and the quilts looked lovely throughout the gardens. DH took lots of pictures, and I'll try to upload some to Webshots later. I did upload a picture of the two Susans!

Thank you so much. How great to see our two Susan friends having such a happy time. Wish I coulda been there. I would have been the skinny one with the orange hair but they would have liked me anyway. Polly
