Lately my sizzix isn't cutting all the way through even if I lower the handle 3-4 times. I bought a new cutting pad and it seems to have made the problem worse. Any ideas on how to correct the situatiion?

put cardstock sheet by sheet behind the die itself. try that or your die is getting old and bent. push the rubber away witha screwdriver and check the die out itself also.

It is possible the die is dull. I read somewhere that you can sharpen it by cutting a couple of pieces of tin-foil.
Otherwise I'd check out

I just used a thin peice of cardboard, that worked for me. Good luck, Michelle P.
