Source for colored velum?

Has anyone seen the book "New Paper Crafts" by Marie Browning? In it she features some beautiful cards made by using pieces and strips cut from sheets of darkly colored vellum that has a gradient on each page



-- like a full spectrum gradient or from orange to green, etc.



I have searched high and low -- online, local stores, etc. -- and no one has seen a source for this. Now I know many places to get plain vellum, printed vellum, and even a page or two of pastel colored vellum. But I need this vellum with a gradient on it! Help!

The book doesn't have a supply source sheet or anything in it? Usually they have something listed somewhere saying where the supplies came from, or where you can find them. Maybe try emailing the publisher of the book?
