They're on to us ladies

I went to the po today to send off Neets' cj to Mindi. When I asked for media mail he wanted to know what was in the box. It was at that moment that I noticed a new sign on the wall w/ pics and descriptions of just what fell into the mediamail category. I told him it was a scrapbook and he let me know that that didn't qualify. Now this was only the second time I've asked to ship media mail. First time was the last cj. He said it was only for copywritten stuff like books, videos, etc. The sign also said that they can open the package and check to be sure if they want. I simply told him I thought a book was a book. He did ask me if it was bound or in a three ring binder. I told him it was bound, well it is, it's postbound. So he gave me an even cheaper rate than mm which is for bound material. The only stipulation was that I had to write "return address requested" under my addy. This means that if it isn't deliverable or refused I pay for it to be sent back to me. I spent $3 to ship it including delivery confirmation, and that album is getting heavy already. LOL The only thing I forgot to ask him was how long it would take to arrive. Guess I'll find out once Mindi gets it. Oh, I do have the conf # though. I'll have to follow it's travel. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know about this. I didn't mean to be so long winded though.
