Value? Collectible?

I just have to ask or state my position on paper. why, the one thing thread started by Tammy tickled me so much, so many of your responses that I just had to start this one!!!

Yes, I am a floozy and thatis all that I will admit too. HOWEVER due to theenablers of this group, horrors!! I have started to admire, OK, acquire a few other things, such as fibers, brads and eyelets and rubber stamping stuff. On my recent trip I acquired a ton of pretty nifty brads, lots of eyelets and ink pads and stamps and markers, oh my!!!

I also acquired the new slab 6 from michaels. Now what I want to know is, do ya'll think that those special issue slabs, paks, whatever of pretty neat looking ppaers, over the next couple of years, unopened or used, will they be worth something?

I have a bunch of them now from different companies and at this moment I could not even think about breaking them apart as the rest of the pak would be lost without those pages!!!

I can see these being valuable in certain cases...like if you had a "retro" or "Christmas" slab and needed to find me a Christmas present. hehe

OMG, you two are killing my side!!!

Look at it this way, those poor artist, designers and all put a LOT of TIME, work and EFFORT into making those slabs so attractive. So think about it, wouldn't they be ruined without a page or two or more!!! EEEEEKKK!!!

(and a cold day that they would be GIVEN away o others to hoard!) HEE HEE!

Remember Dave, once they start collecting dust, they lose their value. So if you're not going to open it, and it starts collecting dust, then it's time to pass the paper on to someone who will take care of it. Someone like me! :-)

They are i their original wrppings, stored in the bottom of a nice cabinet with doors. So nothing except personal threats will get to them.
